Reflecting on a decade of supporting changemakers

Mixte is a communications agency driven by community. After nine years of utilizing PR and digital marketing to amplify the efforts of changemakers and organizations working towards justice, Mixte embarked on a rebrand in 2021 to better reflect their work, values, and personality.

Simple, playful logotype

The updated visual identity strikes a balance between simple and playful — allowing Mixte’s clients to take the front seat in their brand materials while still showing off their quirky personality.

The logotype is set in Paytone One, and customized to create a bold yet friendly presence. The orange and blue colors contrast each other to call to the action ahead needed to create healthier communities.

Collages, rough textures, and hand writing are used throughout the brand to pay homage to the grassroots nature of the work.
